Our custom 40's Bobber(finally)

Finally after much measuring, cutting, design work, back to drawing board, and head scratching, we have the Bobber on its wheels.  Not road ready yet, but cosmetically finished, and ready for display.

Brand new bike reliability, but with our own custom shops design to take a trip back to the 1940's.  Guaranteed to fill a hole in someones life very soon.

The Birthday weekend is upon us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, its busy here in Harleyland.
The tenth birthday celebrations are underway, we have a band warming up, Elvis gettin dressed as we speak, and loads of custom bikes, great deals and food.
Head down....NOW!

Been quiet, what we been doing?

Well, not had much to post this last few weeks, had a busy month getting bikes outa the door, parts for our 120cu engine have JUST landed from Harley, so that will be hitting the streets soon, our custom parts are all back in house, and another 110cu motor is nearly finished.
So whats next?

Anyone out there got a stage one'd sportster that is feeling a little ....mundane.......?
Anyone wanting a little 'more' out of their 48?

We're working on it........

Just when you thought things had gotten big enough.....

Well, we have done all the worlds 1690 kits this winter, just branching into the heady heights of 110-113 kits, when suddenly.......

Yeah, this week, we have sold two 120 cube motors!!!!
yup, 120 cubic inches, 1966cc in new money!

Its the screaming eagle hand built engine which was gracing the showroom, and now it, and another just like it, are going to be fitted into the bikes of two of our customers who clearly want their smiles widening ready for summer!

Who would have thought it!

the next stage

All you need to decide is wether to go for the 110 kit, or the 113. Big bore throttle body supplied with the 113 kit, not so with the 110.
We can fit it for you, we can just bore the crankcase for you to fit your own, and for a small fee we can remove the cat from the exhaust to gain maximum flow(assuming you are using slip on race cans)
Also, check out the pipes on our demo bikes, original style, but Screaming eagle performance. Call for a price.

All that remains is to go ride the thing, especially since the weather seems to be sorted!

and more(you want one yet?)

Harleys beautiful orange anodised engine jig.

Setting the machining depth......sooo careful, you only get to cut once!

And engine back in, rebuilt, carefully fitted to avoid frame or casing damage.

some more big boring pics....

Massive valve Screaming eagle cylinder head.

 Artistic shot.....bear with me.
Crankcase out, and stripped on bench

Crank out, put that away safe for later......
